Content Removal & DMCA

TikTokStoryView only displays information that TikTok already makes public, and we do not permanently host TikTok videos. Even so, we respect that you may want content related to you removed from the Service. We act on valid requests promptly — typically within 48 hours of receiving the information below.

Who can request removal

  • The TikTok account holder featured in the content, or their authorised representative.
  • A copyright owner (or their agent) whose work appears without authorisation.
  • Anyone whose privacy, safety, or legal rights are affected by content shown on the Service.

How to submit a request

Email contact@tiktokstoryview.com with the subject line “Content Removal Request” and include:

  1. The exact URL(s) on tiktokstoryview that you want removed (for example, the profile or story page).
  2. The TikTok username involved.
  3. A description of the content and the reason for removal (privacy, copyright, safety, or other).
  4. Your relationship to the content (account holder, copyright owner, authorised agent, etc.).
  5. Your contact details so we can confirm the outcome with you.

DMCA copyright notices

If your request concerns copyright, please also include the following, as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review every request and, where it is valid, remove or block the relevant content and clear it from our cache. Because much of what the Service shows is fetched live from public sources, removing the content at its original location on TikTok is the most permanent solution; once it is gone there, it will no longer appear here either. We will email you to confirm once we have actioned your request.
