1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using TikTokStoryView (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

TikTokStoryView is a free tool that displays publicly available TikTok profile information and stories, and allows downloading of publicly available profile pictures, based on a username or profile link you provide. The Service requires no account and is provided for personal, informational use.

3. No affiliation with TikTok

TikTokStoryView is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries. “TikTok” and related marks are the property of their respective owners. The Service accesses only information that TikTok makes publicly available.

4. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or invade the privacy of any person;
• use content obtained through the Service in any unlawful manner, or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service, or access it through automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit content that you do not own without the rights-holder’s permission.

You are solely responsible for how you use any information or media obtained through the Service and for complying with all applicable laws, including copyright and data-protection laws.

5. Intellectual property

TikTok content shown through the Service belongs to the TikTok users who created it and/or their licensors. We claim no ownership over that content. The TikTokStoryView name, interface, and original site content are owned by us and may not be copied without permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information displayed will be accurate, complete, or current. Because the Service depends on third-party data sources that may change without notice, availability and results may vary.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TikTokStoryView and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

8. Content removal

If you believe content displayed through the Service infringes your rights or violates your privacy, you may request its removal. Please follow the process described on our content removal page. We respond to valid requests promptly.

9. Changes to the Service and terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that location, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
